I'm an author and instructor living in Chicago, IL. who manages to juggle my home, work and entrepreneurial life without dropping the balls - on most days. I have a husband, four adults who call me Mom and a new grandbaby who are amazing people. My passion is helping parents transform their relationships with their children and each other through my books, workshops and coaching programs. We are building this Mighty Network to help working and entrepreneurial mothers develop healthy home and work life balance habits for more life enjoyment and stress relief.
